Health professionals face unique challenges and stressors. To support you in your vital role, we are pleased to reintroduce Wakeful Wednesday—an initiative designed to provide health professionals and trainees, in BC and beyond, with practical mindfulness tools and techniques to manage stress, enhance focus, and build resilience.

What is Wakeful Wednesday?
Wakeful Wednesday is a monthly online drop-in mindfulness session tailored specifically for health professionals and trainees. The goal is to create a more mindful healthcare environment and culture by providing tools and practices that enhance well-being and professional life.
What to Expect
• Guided Mindfulness Practices: Each session includes a range of mindfulness techniques to help participants stay present and manage stress.
• Community Building: Connect with a growing community of health professionals who share a commitment to mindfulness.
• Expert Facilitation: Sessions are led by experienced mindfulness practitioners dedicated to supporting participants in learning and developing their mindfulness practice.
