MARS – PC (Mindful Awareness and Resilience Skills for Parents and Caregivers)

Mindful Awareness and Resilience Skills for Parents and Caregivers (MARS-PC) is a free, virtual course for parents and caregivers whose children are accessing care and support through BC Children’s Hospital. It consists of one 30-minute information session and six one-hour sessions.

MARS – A (Mindful Awareness and Resilience Skills for Adolescents)

Mindful Awareness and Resilience Skills for Adolescents (MARS-A) is an eight-week course for adolescents 15-19 years of age. It covers learning and applying mindfulness for beginners. There are eight 90-minute afternoon virtual or in-person sessions and one three-hour in-person weekend session.
